Mcdavid knee compression sleeves (Knee pads) are made from closed-cell foam padding that will protect your knees from high impact activities and sports. The padding is also moisture-wicking and durable, so you can wear it daily. The Hex technology provides reliable protection, while the extended fit and comfort make it a favorite among professional and collegiate athletes. The compression technology will help to reduce muscle fatigue and cramping.

The McDavid HEX® TUF Leg Sleeves/Pair have a TEFLX™ resistance coating, making them durable for hardcourt and youth sports. They are machine-washable and dryable and can exceed expectations regarding abrasion, durability, and strength.
